Our Oceanside, CA apartment homes offer ENERGY STAR® stainless steel appliances, including refrigerators with ice machines and dishwashers. The gourmet kitchens also feature marble-inspired quartz countertops with waterfall edges and backsplashes, along with single-basin stainless steel sinks equipped with garbage disposals.
Do the apartments feature air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and smart home technology?
Our apartment homes come equipped with air conditioning to keep you comfortable all year long. They also feature smart home technology with a key fob front entry system, USB ports, and programmable thermostats. Additionally, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi in all common areas for your convenience.
Do the apartments feature in-home washers and dryers, balconies, and upgraded flooring?
Each studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartment home comes with an in-home full-size washer and dryer, making laundry day an absolute breeze! Our homes also feature beautiful wood-style plank flooring throughout, and select floor plans offer a private balcony or rooftop terrace for outdoor relaxation.
Does the community have a pool and fitness center, and what are their hours?
At Modera Melrose, we feature a refreshing swimming pool that is open from dawn to dusk, April through September. Additionally, our community offers a state-of-the-art, 24-hour fitness center, allowing residents to comfortably maintain their active and healthy lifestyles on their own schedule.
What amenities are available for remote work and entertaining guests?
Our clubhouse is open from 8 AM to 10 PM for residents and guests to socialize and enjoy. It features 24-hour coworking spaces that residents can utilize at their convenience. For outdoor entertaining, we also proudly offer a community grilling station for everyone to use.
Does the community offer concierge services, a playground, or pet facilities?
While we do not offer concierge services or a playground at Modera Melrose, we do provide fantastic pet amenities for our residents! We proudly offer a dedicated dog park and a convenient pet spa that are absolutely perfect for pampering your furry companions.
What are the parking options for residents and guests at Modera Melrose in CA?
We have a controlled-access parking garage at Modera Melrose. Residents can reserve a parking spot for an additional monthly fee. We also offer guest parking spots, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis for your visitors.
How do I submit regular and after-hours maintenance requests at Modera Melrose?
We proudly offer an on-site maintenance team. Submit routine requests via your Resident Portal; please allow 48 hours for a response. For after-hours emergencies, call our main number and press 2 to speak with Milly, our virtual assistant, who will escalate it to our on-call associate.
When was the community built, and is it a smoke-free building with an elevator?
Built in 2023, Modera Melrose is a brand-new, 100% smoke-free community. For your convenience, we have both standard and freight elevators available. Situated in a highly walkable area, our Oceanside community boasts an impressive Walk Score of 97, putting you right at the heart of it all.
Does the community have gated access, package receiving, and valet trash services?
Our community offers gated access, and each resident receives a code or fob to enter. For deliveries, we have 24/7 package lockers and callbox access for certain carriers. We also provide convenient valet trash and recycling services, along with on-site retail spaces on the ground floor.
What floor plans are available, and what are the leasing office hours?
Modera Melrose offers an array of beautiful studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartment homes. If you'd like to learn more, our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Are pets allowed at Modera Melrose? What are the pet fees, rules and restrictions at the Oceanside apartment homes?
We love your furry companions and welcome up to two per apartment home. While we are huge fans of individuality (and the exotic), we have to ask that exotic pals, such as skunks and ferrets, find happy homes with a friend or family member. Please note that we reserve the right to disallow certain aggressive breeds of dogs and aquariums as per our pet addendum. Please contact our leasing office for further information.
What kind of tours and lease terms are offered at Modera Melrose?
We provide flexible options for in-person, self-guided, and virtual tours so you can explore the community your way. Once you are ready, we offer a variety of lease terms to meet your specific needs, typically ranging from 12 to 15 months. Check our website for current offerings!
Are utilities included in the rent, and do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
Utilities are not included in your rent payment at Modera Melrose. Please review your lease for specific details on how utilities are billed. Additionally, please note that we do not accept Section 8 vouchers at this time. Contact our leasing office if you have any questions.
What are the policies on subletting and courtesy patrol at Modera Melrose?
Please note that listing your rental home on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO is not permitted as per the rental agreement. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the integrity and safety of our community. For added peace of mind, we also offer a courtesy patrol.
Is renter's insurance required for the Modera Melrose apartments?
At the time of application, residents are automatically enrolled in the Resident Liability Program at $15 per month. This is the simplest and most cost-effective way to satisfy the insurance requirements of your lease. The Resident Liability Program is not renter's insurance and does not cover personal property contents or liability coverage to third parties (other residents). Residents have the option to opt-out of the program by supplying their valid third-party renter's insurance policy to MillCreek.ConfirmInsurance.com. How do I pay rent?
To make this as convenient as possible, there are several ways to pay rent. Our favorite is through the Resident Portal or Resident Portal Mobile App. Visit the community website and select 'Residents' to login and submit your payment. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your favorite Android or Apple device to pay your rent. We also accept e-check, MoneyGram, and credit card payments (service fees may apply). We're also excited to announce that we are now accepting payments with Flex. With Flex, you choose when and how you pay rent. Each month, Flex splits your rent into two payments: you pay part of your total rent up front and finance the rest with a Flex credit line. You have the flexibility to choose your second payment date to better align with your finances.
